Serving Success: The Pines Café Apprenticeship Launch
The Pines Café officially opened through a unique partnership with TidalHealth. This
CTE-owned café serves as a youth apprenticeship site for students in the Culinary Arts,
Baking & Pastry, and Hospitality programs. After completing their respective pathways
and earning an industry-recognized credential, students apply their skills in a real-world
setting while supporting a busy medical office in Worcester County. The café meets a
community need and provides meaningful work-based learning experiences that help
students transition confidently from classroom to career.
